As every story should start, "Once upon a time".
No, I'm kidding, I won't take you that far back here.
I do have a book in the works that tells my entire life story.
No expected publication date on that yet as I still have a lot to write.
I have had a very adventurous and wild life full of experiences. I think these experiences have rounded me out to be a very intelligent and empathetic person, honestly.
I have seen the world and know that we as Americans not only have it extremely good, but are also clueless to the way the rest of the world actually is.
Which I am not saying is a bad thing, but when you know, it does give you perspective.

Enough of that.
You want to know about me so here it is.

I am currently a 40-year-old Active Duty Army Sergeant First Class with 4 daughters. (No wife) I am currently stationed at Fort Riley Kansas and although I fought tooth and nail to not get this assignment, I have to say after being here a couple years, I actually like it. Ssshhhh, don't tell anyone! My current position is extremely rewarding as I work at the Soldier Recovery Unit, assisting Soldiers who are no longer medically fit to rehabilitate and prepare for their after-Army lives. They get special medical care as well as job skill training and placement. It is a great system and one I wish the Army would incorporate a version of for all Soldiers before the exit the military. I am coming up on my retirement which I have christened as my FREEDOM date. I have the countdown timer below.

FREEDOM date, to me, I define as the day I no longer need to trade my time for money.
No more 9-5.
No more making someone rich off my blood sweat and tears.
I am building a business that will not only provide me with the financial stability to do this but one that will build my legacy and I will pass it down to my children so that they too can understand that there is more to this world than just working.

I want my children to live their lives, not work their lives.
I want them to experience the things that were shown in the textbooks while going to a school that did not prepare them with real-world skills.
I want them to understand that money is not the currency we need to be chasing.
Time is!
I believe that time is the most valuable currency.
We can only spend it once and we need to start valuing it more.
The daily grind of that 9 to 5 puts your hourly wage as the value for your time.
I don't care what high-dollar job you have, your time is worth so much more.
When you get your time, that's when the money becomes important because it becomes what enhances that time and allows you to have life experiences, create memories, and learn lessons that can't be taught in a classroom or out of a book.

This sounds great, doesn't it?
Wouldn't it be nice to fulfill that type of life?
I personally believe 100% without a doubt that I am on the path to do just that!
I have chosen my vehicle to travel down this road and it has been working for me very well.
That vehicle?
Affiliate Marketing.
Affiliate Marketing was by far not my first attempt at acquiring a vehicle but it has become such a beneficial one, and the one that fits my particular set of skills better than any of the other online ventures I have attempted.

Charging nothing for the educational aspect that is needed in Affiliate Marketing.
The tools do have a price and unfortunately, that is out of our hands but the way we break it down is, you can see the tools, how they plan into the proven formula to earn money, and then make a decision on if you want to invest in them.
Saving people the money from buying something they don't understand, or signing up for one of these $7 get-rich-quick courses that only upsell you before they even really teach you anything.
I shared JD's belief that the more money we could leave in people's pockets the more they'd be able to invest in themselves and reach their ultimate goal.
