BONUS DRU KNOWLEDGE NUGGET BOMB
After you have converted the source code into actual email text.
Highlight the body and paste it into your AI of choice like coplot or ChatGPT.
Ask the AI to improve the writing and this is also a great time to add in your own voice.
Remember the #1 TIP for working with AI
It is meant to be a conversation, so build off the first results until you get the product, you're happy with.

There are two ways:
Method 1
-If the image you would like to add to you EIA email is on a website simple right click on that image and select "Copy Image Link".
-In the email template you are using (Marketing>Emails>Templates>+ New>Blank Template (or other)>Design Editor)
Drag the Image icon from the Elements Menu onto the Email where you would like the image
-On the Left Side, the menu will now have a section labeled "Link to", this is where you paste your "Copied Image Link"
-Your image will appear in your email now
***Please Note*** Using an external sources image link means that should the page in which you found the image changes, or they move the image elsewhere, your link is now broken and will not work. This will affect past emails if they are trying to be read after the link has been broken.
This is why I prefer:
Method 2
-Whatever the image is that you would like added to your EIA email is, save it to your computer, external hard drive or GotBackUp Cloud.
-On you EIA App Main page select "Media Storage" from the menu on the left side.
-Select the blue button in the top right corner "+New Upload">Upload File
-Navigate to where you saved your image and select "Open"
-Your file will upload into your Image Collection directly in your EIA App. There will be a progress bar popup in the lower right corner.
-Once Image is successfully uploaded drag the image Element into the email where you want it and then you can either:
A-Click on the pencil icon in the Box labeled "Image" and upload it directly from your Media Library -or-
B-Navigate back to Media Storage and in the bottom right corner of your image there will be 3 vertical dots, click on that and select "Get Link". This will automatically copy the link for you. Navigate back to your email template, click on the image place holder, on the right side paste the link into the section labeled "Link to".
-Your image will appear in your email now.
Unlike EIA, MLGS requires you to add images exclusively from an "Image Link". You may use an image link from within your EIA App.
Here is how
-Whatever the image is that you would like added to your MLGS email is, save it to your computer, external hard drive or GotBackUp Cloud.
-On you EIA App Main page select "Media Storage" from the menu on the left side.
-Select the blue button in the top right corner "+New Upload">Upload File-Navigate to where you saved your image and select "Open"
-Your file will upload into your Image Collection directly in your EIA App. There will be a progress bar popup in the lower right corner.
-Once Image is successfully uploaded return to your MLGS Email and select the Image Icon on the bottom row of the Menu area.
-A Popup will appear with a section for you to insert a URL, this is where the link to you image will go.
-Navigate back to Media Storage and in the bottom right corner of your image there will be 3 vertical dots, click on that and select
"Get Link". This will automatically copy the link for you.
-Insert this link in the URL Section and you will see your image in the preview section.
-Resize the image accordingly to your preference and hit OK
-Your image will appear in your email now.
